Throughout her career, Christy has worked with a wide array of regulatory systems, including Master Control, demonstrating her adeptness in navigating complex compliance landscapes. She has a strong track record in process optimization, having implemented efficient standard operating procedures and best practices that streamline operations.

Beyond her professional achievements, Christy is a dedicated family person. She shares her life with her husband, George, and their two children: Lilly, a 19-year-old college student at Indiana University (Go IU!), and Enzo, a 16-year-old high school student. The family’s furry companions include Ripley, a 4-year-old St. Berdoodle, and Leia, a 14-year-old Collie, Shepherd, and Retriever mix. Christy’s commitment to her community is evident in her many volunteer roles, where she actively contributes her time and expertise. She is also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively contributing to DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive environments within her professional spheres. With her recent PMP certification, Christy continues to expand her skills and knowledge, further solidifying her position as a leader in her field.
