Casey Young is an accomplished healthcare professional and seasoned entrepreneur, currently serving as a director of multiple successful businesses in the medical and real estate sectors. With a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska and a Bachelor of Science from Olivet Nazarene University, Casey has built a career marked by dedication to patient care and innovative business management.

In 2009, Casey founded Tuttle Rehab Physical Therapy, establishing two outpatient clinics in Springfield and Enon, Ohio. Under his leadership, these clinics have become known for their patient-centered approach to rehabilitation, specializing in sports injuries, orthopedic recovery, and vocational rehabilitation. Casey’s commitment to high-quality care has helped countless patients return to their full capacity, whether for work, sports, or daily living activities.

From 2013 to 2017, Casey served as a founding partner and managing director of WorkForce Rehabilitation in Dayton, Ohio. He developed the business plan, structured the startup, and managed operations for this outpatient physical therapy clinic, which provided specialized services for work injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, focusing on Ohio Workers Compensation.

In addition to his contributions to physical therapy, Casey has made significant strides in the real estate industry as the founder and director of Tiger Enterprise LLC. Since 2005, he has managed a diverse portfolio of residential properties, overseeing daily operations, project management, and contract negotiations. His strategic acumen and hands-on approach have ensured the success and growth of his real estate investments.

Currently, Casey is engaged with Evolution Research Group, LLC, where he contributes as a Physician Assistant and Sub-Investigator at Midwest Clinical Research Center LLC in Dayton and Ohio Clinical Trials LLC in Columbus. His role involves clinical screening and supporting various clinical research projects.

Casey’s clinical expertise is further demonstrated through his role at Riverview Health Institute in Dayton, Ohio. Since 2008, he had performed pre-surgical physicals, served as a surgical first assistant, and managed inpatient rehabilitation services. His extensive experience in orthopedic and trauma care has made him a valuable asset in various medical settings, including his past positions at Dayton Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine and Kettering Health Network.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Casey has been an active volunteer, serving as the Medical Site Director for the Arnold Expo from 2002 to 2019, where he coordinated medical care for thousands of athletes and spectators. He also dedicated time to coaching youth soccer and serving as Vice President of the Springfield Thunder Soccer Club, contributing to the development of community sports programs.

Casey’s comprehensive licensure and certifications, including advanced cardiac life support trauma certifications and DOT Medical Examiner, underscores his commitment to staying at the forefront of medical practice. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, reflecting his dedication to professional development and excellence in healthcare.
